By using this voucher and/or participating in footgolf at Boomers & Swingers, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Footgolf is played on natural, unmodified grassland. The playing surface is uneven and may include bumps, dips, divots, holes, slopes, mud, wet grass, hidden objects, and other natural hazards. The course has not been constructed or engineered to any sporting-facility standard. You play entirely at your own risk.

Boomers & Swingers Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, or claim of any kind — including but not limited to personal injury, death, loss of or damage to personal property — howsoever arising from participation in footgolf or from presence on the footgolf course, whether caused by the condition of the playing surface, the actions of other participants, weather conditions, or any other cause.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of any children in their care at all times while on the premises. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. By allowing a child to participate, you confirm that you accept full responsibility for that child and agree to this disclaimer on their behalf.

All participants are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing, to inspect the course before play, and to refrain from participating if they have any medical condition or physical limitation that may be aggravated by physical activity on uneven ground.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
